RTMW was born from a shared passion for the great outdoors, the freedom of road trips, and a respect for raw materials. Inspired by the richness of Canadian landscapes, we wanted to create more than just simple accessories: we wanted to design travel companions.

Our packages are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days anywhere in Canada. Shipping is FREE for all orders of $100 or more ($11.99 flat rate below this amount).
Are your watches, rings, and glasses water resistant?

Our products are made of real wood and are perfectly resistant to everyday splashes (rain, hand washing). However, as wood is a living natural material, it is strongly advised not to swim or shower with them.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Natural wood is a healthy, neutral, and entirely hypoallergenic material. It is the ideal choice if you react to or are allergic to traditional metals and plastics.
What is your return and exchange policy?

You can change your mind with complete peace of mind! You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to return the item in its original condition for an exchange or refund.
How do I adjust the wooden strap on my watch?

All our wooden wristwatches come with a small, free adjustment tool and extra links in the box. This allows you to easily remove or add links at home to perfectly fit your wrist.
How can I track the status of my delivery?

As soon as your package leaves our workshop (within 24 to 48 hours), you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Simply click on this link to track the progress of your delivery in real time.
